Things To Do Before And After Your Massage Session.

 

Before:

  1. Start your day with a positive attitude.

  2. If you have to do any heavy work that requires physical strength, do it before your massage session, allowing time to rest.

  3. Do not eat within an hour of your massage session.  Your body should be focused on the bodywork, not the arduous task of digesting food.

  4. Take a nice hot bath, to relax your muscles and keep your body warm to obtain the best of your massage session.

After:

  1. Drink plenty of water.

  2. Adjust your schedule so you have plenty of time to bask in the afterglow.

  3. Schedule your next massage session.
